AI Redpen Service Agreement

Welcome to AI Redpen (the “App”). The owner and operator of the App is Beijing Qixiang Business Consulting Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us”). Please read this Service Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before you register, sign in, or use the App or related services. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance and changes

1.1 This Agreement governs your use of the App between you and Beijing Qixiang Business Consulting Co., Ltd. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1.2 We may update this Agreement. We will publish changes in the App and use reasonable notice for material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Agreement.

2. Services

2.1 The App may provide AI-assisted grammar checking, vocabulary learning, AI chat, study features, subscriptions, and related services (“Services”). Available features are those offered in the App from time to time.

2.2 We may adjust, suspend, or stop part or all of the Services for legal, operational, or business reasons and will try to notify you in advance where practicable. Except where required by law, we are not liable for loss of access solely due to such changes.

3. Accounts and security

3.1 You may need an account for core features. You agree to provide accurate registration information (e.g., mobile number) and keep it up to date.

3.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected misuse. Losses from weak custody or third-party causes are your responsibility except where we are at fault.

4. Acceptable use

4.1 You must comply with applicable laws. You must not use the App for unlawful conduct, including distributing illegal content, infringing IP or privacy, fraud, harassment, or harming networks or systems.

4.2 Text and chat content you submit may be reviewed for safety and compliance. We may remove or block content, warn you, restrict features, or suspend accounts as required by law or policy, and may report serious matters to authorities.

5. Intellectual property

Software, UI, copy, trademarks, and branding in the App (except content you upload or generate) belong to us or licensors. Do not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit them commercially without permission. You keep rights in content you create; to run the Services you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable license as needed to operate the App.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 Grammar checking, vocabulary learning, and AI chat outputs are for reference only—not professional academic, legal, medical, or other advice. You decide how to rely on them.

6.2 We are not liable for outages or data loss caused by events beyond reasonable control, third-party failures, or your device or network, to the extent permitted by law.

6.3 Disputes between you and third parties are between you and them.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account as described in the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach this Agreement or applicable law. We may retain certain information as required to meet legal duties or resolve disputes.

8. Governing law and disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes should be resolved through negotiation; if that fails, courts with jurisdiction where Beijing Qixiang Business Consulting Co., Ltd. is located may hear the matter.

9. Account deletion and restoration

You may request deletion of your account as described in the App (Settings – Account – Delete account), including SMS verification. During the cooling-off period you may restore your account via the Restore account flow. After the period ends, the account will be finalized per our rules. Details are in the Privacy Policy section on account deletion and restoration.

10. Other and contact

If any term is invalid, the rest remains effective. Matters not covered here follow our Privacy Policy and in-app rules. For questions, use in-app feedback or our published contacts. Operator: Beijing Qixiang Business Consulting Co., Ltd.
